Hope Afloat in Action!

Hope Afloat USA participated in a terrific opportunity on March 8, 2022 when several team members volunteered for a wonderful organization called Lisa’s Army.

Lisa’s Army is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comfort to courageous individuals currently undergoing cancer treatments.  Lisa’s Army supplies personalized Comfort Care Packages to individuals currently battling any type of cancer.  The care packages are filled with an inspirational card, personal care items, an Apple iPad or BEATs Headphones, iTunes gift card, journals, pens and other items to make the patient’s treatment as comfortable as possible.  

Hope Afloat assembled care packages on-site at Lisa’s Army, and created several inspirational cards for children and adults to include in the care packages. We also donated several items to include in the care packages.

What an amazing organization! We look forward to partnering with Lisa’s Army again in the near future!
